Aliens in the Woods, oh my!

Yesterday I told you about the two shopping sprees I received for my last promotion within the Stampin’ Up ranks. Today I’m showing you what I received from Brian King.  Three fabulous punches: the Bird Builder Punch, the Owl Builder Punch, and the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch! WooHoo! Thanks, Brian!

These punches are so versatile, especially the Owl Builder Punch. For this Aliens in the Woods card, I punched the owl from Old Olive card stock, flipped it upside down, and trimmed off a couple of toes to make an alien. Other products used: Large Oval Punch, Small Oval Punch, Silver Foil Sheets for the flying saucer; Vellum Card Stock for the beam of light;  Basic Black card stock for the card base. And from the brand new Holiday Catalog: Motley Monsters DSP, Freaky Friends stamp set, and Holiday Home stamp set.

Here’s a card I made using the Bird Builder Punch and the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch. Other products used: Very Vanilla Card Stock, Basic Black card stock, Deco Labels Framelits Dies, and Really Good Greetings stamp set (clear mount or wood mount.)  I love love love Basic Black and Very Vanilla together.
